Satın aldığınız ürünü, teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde iade etme hakkınız bulunmaktadır.

İade sürecinin başlatılabilmesi için sipariş numaranız ve iade nedeniniz ile birlikte epanoui.stu@gmail.com adresine e-posta göndermeniz gerekmektedir. Talebiniz onaylandıktan sonra, iade kargosuna ait bilgiler tarafınıza iletilecektir.

İade gönderim ücreti alıcıya aittir. Ürün tarafımıza ulaştığında gerekli kontroller yapılır ve kargo ücreti düşülerek ürün bedeli iade edilir.

Ücretsiz kargo kampanyasından yararlanılan siparişlerde, kargo ücreti iade tutarından kesilmez.

İade edilen tutarın hesabınıza geçme süresi, bankanıza bağlı olarak genellikle 1 ila 5 iş günü arasında değişmektedir.

You may return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please send an email to epanoui.stu@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, return shipping details will be shared with you.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. After the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, only the product price will be refunded, with the shipping cost deducted.

For orders placed with a free shipping promotion, the shipping fee will not be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund processing time depends on your bank and typically takes 1–5 business days to be credited to your account.
